RATES & INSURANCE

Rates

• $75 initial intake fee per person with any Provider
• $75 counseling fee per session with a Licensed Counselor
• $60 counseling fee per session with a Licensed Pastor
• $45 supervision fee per session with a Lay Counselor 

Reduced Fee 
Reduced fee services are available with a $45 supervision fee per session with one of our Lay Counselors.

Payment 
Cash, Check and PayPal are accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy 
If you do not show up for your scheduled counseling appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a $30 No Show Fee.

Insurance 
LifeCare Reach Ministries is a non profit ministry that is funded by grants, donations and discounted fees for service.  All contributions are tax deductible.  While we are not currently participating on any insurance panels, a few insurance companies reimburse clients for Christian counseling services.  Please check with your insurance company for details. As Christian Therapists, we can provide a receipt for you to submit to your insurance company for possible remuneration.  We believe it is more important that a person desiring therapy feel good about treatment rather than worrying about the expense, therefore we strive to keep our fees nominal.  


Anyone interested in helping people with counseling costs can make a tax deductible donations online.
