You can mail tax-deductible donations or payments for services to our office address for Counseling, Ministry Services, Training and Benevolence Gifts. Make all checks payable to: LifeCare, 575 NE Channon Avenue, Roseburg OR 97470
ONLINE PAYMENT USE:
LifeCare Providers and Students MUST send all reimbursement forms and Tuition payments by mail ONLY. Online payments are provided for use by Clients and Donors ONLY.
Clients and Donors using PAYPAL or Stripe below you will be taken to their Websites to complete the transaction safely and securely. A $5.00 fee must be included for every $100 payment/donation.
